I'm a Product Manager with a strong passion for my work. With over 5 years of experience in technical projects and no-code product development, building no-code products and writing comprehensive specifications are two of my favorite things to do.

With a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, I've led transformative projects. In my experience, I believe in working closely with customers to develop solutions that are both general and customized to meet their specific needs. I particularly enjoy the challenge of transforming complex Excel files laden with equations into simplified, user-friendly features.

At Noble, I introduced no-code features, enabling self-service and streamlined automation. I also developed a unified environment for seamless testing and deployment. My prior role at Freightos involved managing the freight-as-a-service API solution to provide e-commerce marketplaces, such as Alibaba, with the capability to seamlessly integrate international instant pricing and e-booking functionalities into their platforms.

I'm deeply empathetic with developers, and we work closely as a team to navigate edge cases, overcome blockers, and consistently deliver exceptional results within the expected timeframe.

 Noble - Senior Product Manager February 2022 – Present
 • No-Code Product Development: Transformed the platform into a self-service model by leading the development of several no-code features. Among the features are a workflow tool for automating credit underwriting processes, a query builder for extracting insights from Open Banking data, a formula builder to perform calculations on top of raw data and a scorecard solution, which replaced manual Excel-based financial risk assessments. • Seamless Customer Testing and Deployment: Introduced a unified environment that seamlessly merges the sandbox and production, empowering customers to test and deploy automation tools independently. • Platform Usability Initiatives: Introduced an initiative to transition the platform to a no-code environment terminology, moving away from technical terms like ”null” and ”does not exist” allowing users with less technical backgrounds to utilize the platform with ease. Reduced error rates due to missing data during credit underwriting automation by introducing short-circuit evaluations, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of platform automation. • Customer Engagement & Support: Maintained close collaboration with key clients for tailored implementations and active support. Maintained a comprehensive documentation of customer feedback for feature development. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Provided ongoing support and insights to marketing, support and internal stakeholders covering both product and technical perspectives. Maintained a productive relationship with SDEs by drafting clear specifications and collaboratively addressing technical challenges.

Freightos -Product Manager September 2018 – January 2022
 • Led the freight-as-a-service APIs solution designed to allow e-commerce marketplaces such as Alibaba to plug-in international instant pricing and e-booking capabilities into their platforms. • Improved the scalability and reliability of the external suppliers’ services on Freightos.com by developing integrations to automatically handle all aspects of data exchange processes directly from their systems. • Reduced manual overhead for the internal operations team by introducing automations to manual operations. Also Enabled external supply users to self-manage their data on platform through the integration of a third party solution (Airtable). Software Development Engineer May 2017 – September 2018 • Led the API integrations of ocean carriers, airlines and e-Booking APIs starting from business analysis, data mappings, implementation utilizing Java for development tasks and performance testing utilizing the JMeter software. This has enabled seamless data exchange between Freightos and carriers.
