My career in customer care before coming to the UAE ended at Vodafone International Services, where I honed my skills in client communication and problem resolution. Over the course of my tenure, I progressed to the role of Acting as a team Leader for one of the Egypt-Ireland account. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer excellent experience, customer satisfaction and managing daily operations to meet service delivery targets. This role demanded strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex customer issues efficiently.
Currently, I am employed as a Tele-sales Executive at Etisalat UAE in Ajman. This position has further developed my ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. My role involves direct interaction with clients, making sales pitches, and closing deals, which has sharpened my persuasive communication and sales skills.
