Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to introduce about me. My name is Thazin Myint, I was born in Yangon (Myanmar). I want to apply for Accountant position as your job announcement at indeed. I had one bachelor degree and two diplomas. My bachelor degree is Bachelor of Science (Environmental Studies). I got the Diploma of Computerized Accounting at 2006 and I got the Diploma of Accountant in Business (ACCA) in 2015. I have been working in the Accounting and finance files for nine years. 

I started to work at Parami Hospital as an Accountant. My first experience is too much challenge to work there and I had got experience for how is working accounting process in real business. I was working for data entry, Account receivable, Account payable, General ledger, Trial balance and how to check reconcile each of accounts. I was prepared for payroll statement of at the end of every month. I had work in there as an accountant for three years.

After three years I moved to another industry that is Steel structure company. Its name is BMB steel company, their main business is fabrication of steel frame for Factory building. I had a lot of experience in there such as taxation, deal with audit and how-to adjustment for Currency Gain loss in financial statements. I had work in there as an accountant for three years.

After that I moved to another industry, it is Steel production company (PEB steel Myanmar Co., ltd).I managed Assistance Accountants and they reported to me daily and weekly cash balance. I had a lot of experience such as accrual accounting, month end Journal entries, checking receivable and payable, currency gain loss adjustment and tax filing. I also deal with foreign bank and LC processing with foreign bank. I had work in there as Senior Accountant for one year. 

After that I moved to another industries this is TMIT company kind of shipping company. I managed the cashier and Assistant accountant. They report to me cash book daily and weekly and I managed payment and income. I am using with online banking system for foreign payment. I deal with tax office for tax purpose and deal with audit for year-end financial statements. I had work in there as Chief Accountant for four months.

After I moved to another industry this is my current working company Nippon Sanso Myanmar Co., Ltd. This gas production company, these products has various selling price depend on customer. At the end of year, we need to adjustment inventory valuation as average calculation. We have cost calculation sheet from Head office related with their business type. We calculate the cost before prepare financial statements at the end of month. I prepared accounting procedure, receivable control procedure, Fixed Assets control procedure for every year with Head Office instruction. I managed year end physical stock on ground checking. I calculated for Project accounting for each project. I had work there from 2020 to now. These all are my experiences of difference industries in nine years.

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and fixed assets
• Deal with over sea bank and processing with bank (LC and TT payment)
• Prepare monthly commercial tax import CT from purchase material offset with received form sales CT and submit to tax office(CT=VAT)
• • Prepare financial statement with currency exchanged gain/loss. (ERP software)
  • Checking the prepaid, accrual and advance payment for daily operation because when prepare Financial reports.

I have two diploma ,these are Diploma of computerized accounting (LCCI) UK and Diploma of Accountant in Business (ACCA) UK. I will be learning ACCA part II in future . I postponed my learning to because of our country condition and I moved to UAE (Dubai) for searching an accountant job.
