proactively Coordinate with client, consultant and other stake holders and ensuring their expectation were met as per 
company policies and procedures. Chair TC meeting with supply chain and Setting KPI for each trade ensuring everyone 
achieve project baseline program. Setting scene on everyday activity encourage, Motivate and help team members, 
workers to maintain and implement HSQE standards.

manager taking ownership on project goals and getting involve in MEP related activities to overcome tight deadline with 
limited resources and micromanage multiple trades, monitor and keep them on track with successful completion of 
testing & commissioning.
