▪ Hands on experience in insurance brokerage such as Property, General Liability, Automobile and Miscellaneous line of business ▪ SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Canada based clients for all process related queries and escalations ▪ Responsible for keeping the record of the clients, and to ensure that the tasks are completed before TAT ▪ Allocating task to other team members. ▪ Internal audit checks on the work. ▪ Preparing and maintaining monthly Production & Quality Reports of Team for internal and External (Clients). ▪ Providing Kaizen Ideas (Macro based) regularly for process improvement ▪ SME (Subject Matter Expert) review ▪ Handling Ad-hoc projects within assigned SLA. ▪ Participating in Monthly client calls. ▪ Preparing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) regularly depending on updates.
