My professional journey, particularly my role as a Business Analyst/Consultant at SIM Management
Consultancy in Qatar, involved assessing and evaluating critical business processes, implementing
continual improvement initiatives, and managing end-to-end process improvements. I successfully led
initiatives related to the implementation and enhancement of the Continual Improvement Framework
for clients, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities included
coordinating with stakeholders, conducting root cause investigations, and ensuring adherence to ISO
documentation standards.
In my previous role as Corporate Planning & Project Manager at PETRA MONETICS for Electronic
Payment in Syria, I oversaw project management activities, developed project plans, and collaborated
with internal and external teams to implement digital projects. I successfully managed projects such as
Cash-based transfer via prepaid electronic cards and electronic payment getaway & mobile application,
delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
Additionally, my experience as a Project Manager for Digital Transformation at BANQUE BEMO SAUDI
FRANSI in Syria involved conducting comprehensive analyses of the bank’s processes, proposing digital
transformation solutions, and ensuring successful project execution. I managed various projects,
including Mobile money, E-wallet, Organizational restructuring, and the Bank Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) project.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in
Management Information Systems from Arab International University. I have also pursued relevant
training and courses in project management and Oracle databases, demonstrating my commitment to
continuous learning and skill development.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, I possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly
to new software and information systems.
