I am a Banker with13 plus years of diverse experience in banking sector in the United Arab Emirates and in Sri Lanka. 

• Superior knowledge in credit/lending and collateral documentation and principals abiding to regulator guidelines.
• Proficiency in preparing credit documents and reviewing credit reports, while maintaining the accuracy and by adhering to the policies, procedures and financial regulations.
• Vast experience in handling all types of loans such as property mortgage facilities as home loans and business loans for SME Clients, personal loans, vehicle loans, bank guarantees, trade related facilities, over draft facilities, etc.
• Proficiency in opening accounts of all categories linked to retail, corporate segments in allcurrencies upon acceptance and scrutinizing related documents.
• Ability to analyze KYC documents of borrowing and non-borrowing clients adhering the AML policies, also to scrutinize and update those documents.
• Superior knowledge in overall retail banking operations such as, issuing drafts and pay orders,handling remittances, handling standing orders, effecting stop payments, outward and inwardclearing functions, dealing customer inquiries, etc.
• Ability to solve customer complaints, after examining the issues providing necessary andappropriate solutions and ensure no escalation of complaints.
• Familiar with integrated core banking systems such as T24, Flexcube, ITQAN also various other banking systems i.e. credit proposal systems, workflow systems and BPMs.

Diploma in Banking and Finance in the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) in 2015.
