RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspection of all sort of piping activities as per approved QIP and co-ordination with client inspector for inspection.
• Inspection of the incoming materials as per PO and client specifications.
• Reviewing of MTR as per Code requirements.
• Performed field inspection of piping like Fit-up as per approved Isometric drawings and client specifications and co-ordinate with client inspector for inspection as well and maintain/update the progress by Daily inspection welding report.
• Ensure the completion of related NDT like (DPT, MPT, UT, and RT) and PWHT of the welded joints as per client specifications and Drawings.
• Reviewing of welding documents like WPS, PQR as per on going activities.

• Successfully completed the Bottom plate repair work of Vertical storage Tank as per API 653.
• Inspection of the Equipment’s like (Heat Exchanger, Vessels, Columns) as per its scope of work.
• Prepare and compile inspection reports and submit Dossier at the closing stage with the client approval of the project.
• Carried out final dimensional inspection as per isometric drawings.
• Ensure the completion of Test packages before hydro test.
• Inspection of Hydro-test, Flushing / air blow activities. 
• Ensure the killing of punch points by client.
• Raise NCR against the Non-conformance and ensure its implementation.

• Preparation of the QIP.
• Ensure adherence to calibration criteria and schedule.
• Ensure calibration status of all inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
• Verification of MTR’s as per Code requirement.
• Witness of Hydrostatic and/or Pneumatic tests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordination with A.I/TPI/Client for the reviewing and execution of Quality Inspection Plan for construction of new equipment’s about their Hold Points and Witness Points and Review of IDM.

• Co-ordination with Management to update them about the Plan Layout of the new starting project.
• Incoming material inspection as per MPS TDC and PO and generating the incoming inspection report.
• Reviewing MTRs/Lab test reports as per code requirements.
• Take Part in developing the WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) Documents as per Project requirements based on ASME Code and client requirements.
• Developing ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and caring out stage inspection like Fit-ups, Dimensional and Preheating as per ITPs to ensure compliance with approved drawings and code
• Preparation of (LISL) Line Inspection Summary List for Piping.
• Preparing Weld Matrixes and Weld Map.
• Carrying out Visual Welding inspections and monitoring all the welding activities in order to make sure that welding is carried out in accordance with qualified procedures and welding is performed by qualified welders and/or welding operators as per their qualified parameters.
• Taking Welders Tests for performance qualifications (WPQ) based on ASME Code and maintain the welder log/record.
• Ensure calibration status of all inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
• Review of welding consumable Supplier certificates and verification of welding consumable control.
• Close Co-ordination with NDT Teams to ensure timely completion of the NDE activities as per scope of work.
• Check the complete final inspection of the Pressure Vessel /Tank and releasing for the PHWT and Hydro-Test.
• Reviewing of Graph and PWHT Specification and Graph as per code requirement.
• Witnessing PT (Penetration Test) and MPI (Magnetic Particle inspection).
• Reviewing and interoperation of the RT Films.
• Witness Hydrostatic Test & Pneumatic test.
• Preparing NDT Status (RT, UT and PT).
• Preparation and reviewing of final IDM.
• Raise NCR against the non –conformance and ensure its implementation.
