This includes extensive diary management, complex travel logistics, comprehensive email management, expense processing, and preparing critical reports and presentations.
- Health & Safety: Certified First Aider and Fire Marshall, responsible for ensuring security, compliance with health and safety regulations (including DMC and Civil Defense standards), and informing staff about emergency procedures.
- Event Management: Skilled in organizing a wide range of internal events, meetings, and company-wide activities, including venue sourcing, negotiation, program flow, and securing giveaways.
- Budget & Expense Management: Experienced in monitoring office expenses, managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- HR & PRO Support: Supported HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining staff records, processing payroll, and ensuring office license compliance (Dubai and Abu Dhabi). You also have experience supporting equivalency processes for technical staff.
