My ardent interest in Waste management paved the way for my Post graduate thesis on "Integrated Solid Waste Management" and completed my Masters in Environmental Resource Management, Germany.

In addition to my academic coursework, I have practical experience in Biogas Production Management at Exnora International (NGO). In this organization I was responsible for creating and implementing, surveying and maintaining, promoting and marketing domestic household Biogas plants to be administered in rural areas in India. I was also involved in volunteer meetings and camps programs to provide training for the public and create awareness for utilizing the waste from the house to produce Biogas in an economical and feasible way.

The above had been the inception and inspiration for me to pursue my Master’s degree in Environmental Resource Management at Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany. My study project and the post-graduation thesis topics were focused on “Integrated Solid Waste Management”.

Currently, I am working as Assistant Manager of Operation and Business Development in Srinivas Waste Management Solutions. In this organization I am responsible for Waste Management Operation and Client Management, educating them on the proper segregation of Waste. 

Over the past years, my love and passion for Environment conservation and management has further deepened my thoughts to be able to contribute meaningfully and responsibly in the field of environment. I feel knowledge sharing and capacity building of immediate stakeholders will pay the way for holistic waste management in India. That is my main motivation to work in this field. I would implement my knowledge gained on Waste management during my in study period.

I am affirmative that a job opportunity in an Environmental Organisations, would bring more clarity to my understanding of environment in the organizational context and help me contribute at a larger level. I am confident of being able to measure up to the high standards of professional excellence that the organisations have set if given an opportunity to do so.
