Be responsible for quality, cost and on the time of delivery of material at services for the project. ▪ Performed inventory cycle count &communicated part shortages and overages to inventory control manager ▪ Schedule carriers, compute load weight and cubic footage requirements to determine cost effectiveness. ▪ Reviews approve and execute logistic contracts and leases based on EU procurement delegation of management authority. ▪ Responsible for the sourcing of new logistics vendors following the quality management system (QMS) procedure &guidelines. ▪ Daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following upon purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules. ▪ Negotiation prices with vendors to ensure that costs are within budget limits. ▪ Update internal database with order details(dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). ▪ Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed. ▪ Develop plans for purchasing equipment's, service and supply. ▪ Ensure that all products are properly prepared packaged prior to shipping. ▪ Maintain and update a list of suppliers and records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. ▪ Development of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement. ▪ Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. ▪ Process purchase requisition product/ order with purchasing authority ▪ Formulate policies and procedures for any purchase proposals and procurement of goods and services
