Over the past seven years as a Cinema Operations Manager, I have overseen various aspects of cinema management, including food and beverage (F&B) operations and staff management. My role involved ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory and F&B services, and coordinating with different teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for cinema-goers. My responsibilities also included hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and implementing policies to improve operational efficiency and staff performance. Through my experience, I have developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
