Technical Experience:

Servers/System Administration

• Installation, configuration & monitoring of server systems, Window Server 2012 & 2016, DHCP, RDS, AD DS, DNS, File Server, Print Server, GPO, SCCM, VMs, Hyper-V’s.
• User account Creation/Updating/Delete as per requirement and Implementing policies for security purposes.
• Installation & configuration of RAIDs on Dell & HP servers/ HPE Tape Libraries, WD Cloud NAS.
• Responsible for Installation and Configuration of Servers (HP Desktop Servers, HP ProLiant rack servers, Dell rack servers) on client sites as well as in our company environment. 
• Responsible for coordination with Hardware vendors, software vendors, and Service Providers.

Networking/Security Administration

• Responsible for designing, planning and implementing secure networks LAN/WAN and implement best IT

practices throughout the Organization and configuration of Routers (TP-link, Linksys, TP-link, Aruba, Ubiquiti), Access Points (Linksys, Cisco, TP-link, Aruba, Ubiquiti), switches.

• FortiGate firewall (80E, 30E, 40F 3g-4g, 90E, 100F) installation and configuration of security and internet policies for internal and remote users, IPsec and SSL configuration, application control, Web Filter, DNS Filter. 
• Installation and configuration of additional system software’s, Biometric Machine, Projectors, Audio Video Conferencing System, CCTV Cameras.

MS Office 365

• Extensive experience in MS Office 365 (E1, E3) Configuration, user creation/deletion, license assigning, mailbox configuration, apps configuration and troubleshooting (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, One drive) online and offline. 
•  Fully handles the communication with the customer's, for technical and non-technical issues and manages Office 365 implementations from initial installation to maintenance and further custom design.

Computing/Peripheral Devices 

• Perform full cycle support for computing devices (HP, DELL, Lenovo, MacOS). Hands-on experience on Windows (7/8/10) Installation/Imaging/Cloning.
• HP Printer/Plotter/Scanners Installation, Online Backup, Software Deployment (Adobe, Microsoft Office 365, G-suit), managing CCTV Camera and NVR/DVR backups.
• Download latest antivirus updates and scan computer systems for viruses on a regular basis. Also responsible for proper installation and configuration of different vendor’s antiviruses on client sites (Symantec Endpoint Security, Email Security, McAfee Endpoint Security, ESET Endpoint Protection).
• Ensure that all installed programmes are operating smoothly through regular verification, checking and debugging to eliminate any accidents.

Support Users 

• Resolve any IT related problems as raised by the staff across the organization and by the clients through phone and remotely.
• Training employees across multiple departments on network operations including log-in procedures, network management software, permissions, printing issues, security and use of software.
• Preparing user guides, presentations and manuals for operating IT equipment and software’s and conducting online training and meetings from all over the world though different software’s.
• Working closely with other departments and collaborating with other IT staff.
• Provide all types of support to all users in HO or site offices by visiting, phone calls, video calls or via emails.
