Embedded System Engineer

Designed embedded hardware, firmware and interface for Oxygen Concentrator
Machine using Atmega328p, which controls 3 SSR using timer interrupt, A OCS-3F3.0
Ultrasonic Oxygen concentration sensor using UART protocol, A 1.3' OLED Display
using I2C protocol, Some Digital logic Sensors like Over voltage detection sensor,
Temperature Sensor, A high pressure detection sensor, A power failure detection, And
a Buzzer which Beeps when oxygen concentration is below 60%. OLED display shows
information of Oxygen Concentration, Fault in machine, Total run time of machine
which is stored in EEPROM.

Test Product Engineer (R&D)

Integrated Power Solutions

My role was to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, assemble and test
prototype SMPS boards (AC-DC, DC-DC) and LED Drivers, Troubleshooting and Repairing
of rejected lots under warranty and Support R&D Team.
I used to perform a Surge test up to 4KV, note under and over voltage cutoff values
as well as Power Factor (PF) and THD values and perform burn-in tests for 78 hours and
document these test results.
