I participate in a project from scratch related to the use of machine learning in the field of cybersecurity
The main goal of this project was: Creating an intrusion detection system with machine learning
The main contribution of my internship was to create a complete architecture from the generation of data to capture the data in real-time and then visualise data with graphs and create an intrusion detection system with machine learning algorithms.
This architecture will be reusable for other projects.
Tasks :
-Simulate a network of virtual machines to simulate attacks such as DDos, ARP poisoning in Google Cloud Plateform
-Create a dataset by collecting traffic in real-time with Kafka Streams
-Labelize a dataset with Snorkel and use machine learning algorithms to detect attacks
-Intrusion detection system with machine learning algorithms
- Visualisation of our data as a graph with Neo4j
