 Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.  Prepare appropriate responses to Claim and Contractual correspondence for Commercial Manager.  Managing contractual cost controls and financial control procedures.  Analyzing project variation and changes, and preparing project reports.  Analyzing and interpreting contract conditions.  Prepare and make recommendations for payment of Interim Valuations and drafting Cost Reports.  Prepare Final Account statements as required in accordance with the respective forms of contract.  Coordination with project team for providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction and postconstruction stage.  Undertake joint measurements with the contractor for interim payments. Formulation of procurement strategy, preparation of tender documentation, preparation of cost reports and cost plans.  Administration of tender process, evaluation of tenders and submission of tender and recommendation reports.

 BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying awarded by Birmingham city university (UK), - in the Year 2018 to 2019.
