Zeina Saleh

I am writing to apply for a leadership position in your school. I have been working as a homeroom teacher for 5 years, and have been leading the elementary school for around 6 years. Being a head of section has given me a lot of experience and developed my skills further. I have learned throughout my leadership journey from variety of leaders who have an experience of more than 15 years in education. 

As a head of section, I learned how to monitor teachers' performance, developed professional training programs based on their needs, communicated with parents for follow up on their children's performance, and have been working on improving students' performance by creating support/ intervention plans, reteaching, etc..

I have the strengths to lead by example, inspire people around me, I pursue and value collaborative planning, and I always like to learn. 

I fully understand the responsibilities of this position and I will ensure that I do my best to meet the school expectations.
