    Next Generation Immigration is an immigration consultancy service that offers Canadian immigration services in the field of Work Permits, Family Class, Economics Class, Student Visa, and Provincial Nominee. We also offer wife range of visa and immigration services globally. The company has been in the industry for three years and understands the stress customers experience during the visa process, which is why we offer expert immigration advice and customer service to make the process of immigrating to your destination country smoother.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for inbound calls of perspective clients to educate and close immigration services deal, addressing customer concerns, updating information on databases, reaching out to lost clients about re-engaging, and responding to customer inquiries.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a comfortable and professional environment for customers
    • Sales skills aimed at converting prospective clients to active clients
    • Customer support and training skills to help clients understand the immigration process
    • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable as well as experience with Immigration consultancy services
    • Fluent in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
    • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
    • Knowledge of Immigration laws and procedures is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree is preferable
