Our client is a regional market leader, specializing in the distribution of quality and reliable aftermarket automotive spares in the UAE, Qatar, MENA, CIS region.

They deal with the distribution of Auto parts, Batteries and Lubricants products, etc.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive to handle the sales and business development of
Aftermarket Automotive products such as Batteries and Autoparts focusing on the MENA region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MENA region for aftermarket automotive products, with a focus on batteries and autoparts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet market demands effectively.
  • Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to trade and the automotive industry in the MENA region.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector, including industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in batteries and autoparts.
  • Develop and achieve sales targets, regularly reporting progress to the management team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and uptodate sales records.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 5
years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry

Fluency in Arabic Language is a must

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing trade in the MENA region.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Timings:

Monday to Friday from 09.00am to 06.00pm
