Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, Duty Roster Etc.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and customer interactions
  • Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are greeted promptly and served efficiently
  • Ensure that the store operates efficiently, including monitoring equipment and facilities, and coordinating with external service providers as needed
  • Monitor sales and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, food handling regulations, and labor laws
  • Respond to customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, food handling regulations, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • F&B Industry: 3 years (required)
