Position:
Real Estate Sales Agent
We are looking for Experience Real Estate Agents to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talking to owners with a view to leasing or selling their property.
Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
Qualifying new leads.
Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new inquiries.
Negotiating offers, contract negotiation, and finalizing deals.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent (minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE for both off plan and secondary market)
Strong sales, good presentation, and communication skills.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
Prefer Driving license with own car
