What Skills do you need?

  • Proven 5 years (or more)working experience as Head of Sales in UAE.
  • Has managed a sales team for more than 5 years.
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills.
What Do You Have to Do?


To ensure success, Head of Sales should possess extensive experience in real estate management & the ability to negotiate contracts.

An outstanding real estate manager will be someone with sound financial knowledge who can successfully manage the property.

  • Manage and lead a team of sales executive.
  • Lead and manage sales team to close sales & communicate with their clients effectively.
  • Conduct meetings with team members & briefing to ensure that all members are aligned with their effort.
  • Going for client meeting with team members.
*Provide guidance & assist sellers & buyers in marketing & purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

  • Determine presentation to the clients on project.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals.
  • Handling clients obligations, concerns, & queries effortlessly.
  • Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and relates matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  • Display and market real estate property to possible buyers.
  • Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses & listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices.

Salary:
AED15, AED20,000.00 per month
depends on experience.
