    Description
    ProjectIsland Supervisor -Offshore

    2positions - Day shift & Nightshift

    Actas the primary client interface offshore, coordinate, supervise anddevelop offshore crew, plan and delegate daily operationsactivities, manage and participate in morning calls & dailyreports, ensure completion of daily check sheets, monitor equipmentcondition, supervise and implement the Training &Competency plan, develop and maintain a positive HSEQ culture,maintain sound general housekeeping standards on the



    Operations:

    • Overseeday to day operationsoffshore
    • Ensurethat maximum uptime on all operating equipment is achieved(safely).
    • Improveand increase operating efficiency and throughput/uptime of cuttingstreatment handling and associated equipment and
    • Manageand participate in morning calls & daily
    • Planand delegate daily operations and work
    • Ensurecompletion of daily check
    • Managethe operation of process equipment, including the safety aspects ofsuch
    • Ensurethat routine checks on all plant and equipment are carried
    • Ensurethat plant is maintained in good working order through the relevantCompany and site operating
    • Ensuregood operating practices are adopted by all employees througheffective communication and operatorEnsurecompliance with writtenEnsurethat all environmental, safety and quality procedures are
    • Regularlyseek to identify and implement improved ways of
    • Ensurethat high standards of housekeeping are maintained on the site atall
    • Ensuresite security at all
    • Ensurethat operational equipment spare stock/stock level is monitored andappropriately
    • Provideinformation for end of well summary Provide information for monthlyOperations

    Clientand CommercialRelationship:

    • Ensurethat Client relations are optimized through efficient servicedelivery, maximized service offering and regular client
    • Generatea clear message to clients about the full scope of serviceofferings
    • Understandand proactively manage the commercial and contractual aspects ofthe project to maximize business andrevenue
    • Establishclient awareness of additional service offerings, generate upsellopportunities and feedback to onshore

    ManagementofPersonnel

    • Clearlyand regularly communicate with subordinate staff, both formally andinformally, to ensure expectations are understood, taking accountof the diverse ethnic, cultural and linguistic background of theoperations
    • Providea site induction for staff new to the
    • Facilitate onthe job training for new staff and continuity training for allotherEnsurethat appropriate records are maintained and shared with onshore
    • Conducttimely and quality appraisals and field assessments as per required
    • Alignwith relevant stakeholders to support and supervise Training& Competency
    • Setperformance targets for all processes and personnel for which youare
    • LiaisewithHR & direct line manager for Disciplinary and Grievance


    Requirements

    Qualification(s)& Training (E Essential / PPreferred):

    • Diploma/Bachelor s degree in engineering/businessadministration/ industrial disciplineorequivalent technical qualification or secondary qualification& equivalent technical experience of at least 5 years insimilar role and related field(E)
    • Bachelors/ Master s degree inMechanicalor Electrical/ Engineering(P)
    • CertifiedIMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & APISpec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing(P)
    • BasicOffshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET)(E)
    • Relevanttechnical certification in related discipline(P)

    Experience(s)(E Essential / PPreferred):

    • Minimum5-6 years total working experience in similar role, with 5+ yearsmanaging team / in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy /oil & gas) and with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/island-based work experience(E).
    • Workedat least minimum of 3-4 years experience working within oilfielddrilling waste industry as related service or process provider(P)
    • Provenexperience in managing staff and allocating work appropriately(E)
    • Demonstrateexcellent HSE understanding and working knowledge(P)
