Responsibilities:

• Coordinatetasks of junior staff (drafting personnel, technical andengineers)
  
• Mentor/trainjuniorstaff
  
• Keeptasks current, within budget and onschedule
  
• Assistwith costestimating
  
• Securepreliminary equipment costs forreview
  
• Research/implementnew methods andideas
  
• Assist withbusinessdevelopment
  
• Preparecomplex reports, design calculations, design drawings andspecifications
  
• Preparefeasibilityreports
  
• Maintaina working knowledge of accepted engineering designstandards/practices that will help the firm meet client needs andQA/QCstandards
  
• Maintaincomplete projectrecords/documentation
  

Requirements:

• BS in CivilEngineering
  
• 5+years of civil engineeringexperience
  
• PELicense
  
• Proficientin AutoCAD, GIS, Revit and other computer-based designtools
  
• Familiar withindustry standards ofdesign
