A well-established engineering consulting company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the work of junior staff members including drafting personnel, technical, and engineers
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and as per schedule
• Assist in cost estimation and review preliminary equipment costs
• Explore and implement new methods and concepts
• Support business growth initiatives
• Develop detailed reports, design calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Compile feasibility reports
• Stay updated on engineering design standards to meet client requirements and QA/QC norms
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
• PE License
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, Revit, and other design software
• Familiarity with industry design standards
