Job description
We are looking for
Learning and Development Executive with Hotel experience to join our Group. Interested applicants may send their updated CV with recent photo. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by HR Department.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

  • Design and deliver elearning courses, workshops, and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Track budgets and negotiate training contracts.

  • To facilitate organizational committees for quality improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Should have at least 12 years' experience as Learning and Development Executive in a Hospitality Industry.
  • Should have knowledge of local market.
  • Currently here in UAE (preferably on a visit or cancelled visa)
  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 12 years (required)
Training Role: 1-2 years (required)


Skills:


  • A confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
