    Description
    • Responsible for developing andimplementing the University's Alumni Officestrategy.
    • Determine the Alumni affairsteam's strategic direction and provide leadership,motivation, and support in order to maintain the quality of theteam's output so that the University's andDepartment's objectives areachieved.
    • Manage volunteers to work withalumni groups including Alumni Council and International Chaptersby supporting the President of the Alumni Council in organizingtheir meetings and directing them to achieve the council'spurpose and mission.
    • Oversee the database andonline networking portal in conjunction with the seniorofficer.
    • Responsible for developing the Alumniaffairs budget and tailoring the Alumni Relations program to theavailable resources and monitoring expenses against thatbudget.
    • Oversee liaison between the Alumniaffairs team members and others in the University to ensure thatthere is effective communication with colleagues on mattersrelating to alumni events, University publications, and web andemail communication.
    • Develop strong alumnirelationships and other networks to support and develop strategiesfor alumni office activity.
    • Lead and manage thestaff including the student trainee
    • Representthe university in significant alumni officeevents.
