    Description
    • Keeping CHEDS (Center for Higher Education Data and Statistics) details and records.
    • Manage and maintain the Corporate Affairs Office's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external distribution.
    • Maintain and update the Corporate Affairs Office's filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Affairs Office and internal/external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
    • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on various topics as directed by the Corporate Affairs Office.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of the university/corporate events such as conferences, seminars, training, and meetings.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for the Corporate Affairs Office.
