    Description

    1)To monitor andcontrol the budget and establish budgetawareness within thedepartment team to ensure objectives are met to get the suitableprofit.

    2)To liaise withcustomers to maintain good relationships and to ensure all paymentsare received according to contracts/orders terms andconditions.

    3)To lead thedepartment team to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of timeschedules and cost without compromising Quality Health Safety andthe Environmentstandards.

    4)To represent theCompany and enhance relationships in dealings with clientsconsultants in order to achieve businessgoals.

    5)To developprofessional and open relationships with clients &customers whilst ensuring the interests of the Company areprotected and to actively pursue the broadening of Company client& customerbase.

    6)To support andimplement Company mission vision and values working with otherdivisions to ensure Company s prominence as premier local andregionalcontributor.

    7)To maintainawareness of new technologies and products and be familiar with newcompetition goods that will increase the efficiency of thedepartment and continuously devise and improve methods to stayahead of thecompetition.

    8)To work closelywith and develop strong effective relationships with all servicedepartments and to act as a liaison with these departments toensure all Company targets aremet.

    9)To assesscapabilities and talents of team members and identify trainingneeds and contribute to the personal development of individualincluding sourcing of additional personnel according to thedepartmentrequirement.

    10)To conductperiodic internal meetings with the department team to reviewprogress and discuss issues in order to resolve problems and setplans and priorities to resolve all the problems to follow up thepayment.

    11)Planning and Execution of Projects NewInstallations.

    12)Conducting Liftdesign review with clients and coordination with Design team toresolve issues ifany.

    Projectscheduling. Scheduling of activities of the Project such asmobilization of man and machine installation and testing scheduleshanding overetc.

    13)Planning andimplementation of the Project to ensure that deliverables are onschedule project milestone dates are met and given tasks arecompleted within the allowedbudget.

    14)Support inInvoicing upon delivery and work inprogress.

    15)Support thesales team in criticalprojects.

    16) Meeting deadlines in handing over theprojects.

    Requirements

    Bachelors Degree inEngineering

    1215years experience in the samefield

    Engineeringstandards and codes ofpractice

    Contractand commercialknowledge

    Negotiationskills

    Teamleadership

    Computerskills

    Planningskills

    Abilityto plan organize lead and monitor team efforts to their successfulcompletion

    Excellentin English Language Arabic would be anadvantage
