    Whowere looking for:

    We are seeking aSenior Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will beresponsible for managing the daytoday operations of the accountwhile providing valuable insights and perspectives to the marketingand communication strategies.

    Whatyoull be doing:

    • Manageinternal agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery ofclient projects
    • Develop a deep understanding ofclients businesses and industries
    • Monitorclients activities to ensure marketing objectives aremet
    • Identify market needs and challenges andrecommend new strategies to react to changing businesstrends
    • Build strong relationships with clientsand lead the account team
    • Manage budgets andcash flow and report regularly to the AD onprogress
    • Develop the Account Teams career pathsand oversee their work by focusing on developing theirabilities
    • Provide support for the AccountPlanners and understand interpret and apply market researchinsights
    • Manage multiple accounts and developpositive working relationships with all customertouchpoints
    • Prepare campaign insights reportingincluding analysis andresearch

    What youllneed:

    • BS/BA in marketing oradvertising specialization
    • At least 3 years ofexperience as an Account Manager within anagency
    • Strong project management and timemanagement skills
    • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
    • Attention to detail and acreative mind
    • Strategic curiosity and knowledgein the interactive/digital space
    • Team playerwith a dynamic personality that can effectively engage andinfluence a variety of audiences at all levels of abusiness
    • Eager to pitch in on anything andprioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus onrelationships
    • Resourceful in findinginformation
    • Ability to prioritize multipleresponsibilities balancing client deliverables on multiple projectsas well as internal obligations
    • A focus onrelationships able to gain trust through communication expectationsetting and completion of planneddeliverables
