    Weare currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative CustomerSuccess Support Engineer to work on our Support Team supporting andimplementing Alnafitha s Unified Communication/ProductivitySolutions.

    PrimaryFocused Domain(s): IaaS, PaaS
    • Providesupport, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. Thisinvolves dealing with difficult situations including complainthandling, sensitive customers and mission critical support.
    • Improving the overall customer experience serving asthe customer advocate within Alnafitha and playing a key role inassisting our clients to maximize their investment inTechnology.
    • Provide the following services: Proactive Services:Services which promote customer health through Risk Assessments,Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similarofferings.
    • Reactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactiveservices which address the most critical customerissues.
    • Dedicated Support: Engagements that strengthen customerrelationships and IT infrastructure & applicationeffectiveness through dedicated support delivery.
    • Ad hoc Services:Short and time limited engagements focused towards customerspecific issue remediation or support (e.g. ChalkTalks).
    • Workshops and Training: Deliver technical training forcustomer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consumetheir products and services.
    • Presenting and demonstrating Alnafitha sservices to customers.
    • Build scope of work/low level technicalscope based on the business requirements.
    • Deliver technicalimplementation and solution design within Alnafithaservices.
    • Assist customers with migrating legacy applications toa cloud optimized architecture.
    • Deliver technical processdocumentation.
    • Assist in representing Alnafitha in any forum (i.e.seminars, technical or marketing, conferences event)
    • Mentor other teammembers on deployed solutions and best practices.


    Requirements

    CertificationRequirements:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science orequivalent.
    • ITIL Foundation(Must)
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert(Must)
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect professional(Must)

    TechnicalSkills:
    • Experience in the following technology: 5+ (MicrosoftAzure and AWS)
    • Experience working with Microsoft Server productsalongside Microsoft Azure IaaS/ PaaS and experience withtroubleshooting, configuring and supporting Network and Hybridscenarios.
    • Architecture and design experience with core Amazon WebServices infrastructure services such as EC2, S3, VPC, Route53 isrequired.
    • Hands-on experience with implementing ancillaryservices such as AWS Config, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SystemsManager.
    • Working knowledge in several areas of Azure / AWS PaaSand/or IaaS, such as Azure deployment, ARM template, ApplicationInsights, PowerShell Scripting, Security, High Availability, AzureStorage, Azure Virtual Machine, Backup / Disaster Recovery,Patching, Clustering, service resilience, SQL Azure, ADLS anddistributed systems etc.
    • Experienced in DevOps and knowledge of AzureWeb Aps, Service Fabric and .NET(Preferred)
    • Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPNs,Firewalls and load balancers.
    • Strong scripting abilities with Bash,Python, Ruby or PowerShell.
    • Being able to handle complex cloudimplementation like disaster recover, Azure/AWSSAP.

    WorkingConditions:
    • Business travels could be required up to 60% [coveredby the company].
    • Must be available for duty role (24/7, 1 week in 4),definitely NOT a 8 to 5 worker.
    • Working on Weekends, Holidays or outside thebusiness hours could be required [covered by thecompany].
