The main duties of the role include:

  • Acquiring new clients and developing business through both direct and indirect sales
  • Directly managing the sales team to ensure the delivery of sales targets
  • Offering customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/return and liquidity profile
  • Maximizing revenue generation and closing deals through social and public media marketing campaigns
  • Independently identifying customers, giving presentations, and closing deals
  • Providing strong client focus including pre
- and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention

  • Efficiently monitoring the conversion of direct leads to prospective customers
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
  • Conducting meetings with clients who require specialized attention or are in a difficult situation
  • Actively participating in deal closures with the team
  • Coaching, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve desired sales results
  • Analyzing market trends and competition to formulate an effective way forward
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, a postgraduate degree is an advantage
  • At least 8+ years of sales experience in real estate brokerage, development, and/or timeshare
  • A minimum of 4+ years of team management experience
  • Strong team leadership skills and an excellent team player attitude
  • The ability to address customer needs in a professional manner
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to network extensively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to lead by example and drive customer experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

  • UAE
Real Estate Market: 7 years (preferred)
