    Keyresponsibilities:
    Youwill work with other members of the IT Services team, including ourSQL/BI Analyst, Service Architects, as well as the wider departmentto assist with:
    • Serviceownershipresponsibilities
    • Implementing newand improving existingservices
    • Understanding businessrequirements
    • Resolving businessproblems
    • Act as a point ofescalation to desktopanalysts
    • Whilst a large and growingproportion of the firm s services are underpinned by SQL, the roleholds a particularly strong focus around our finance and practicemanagement services, working very closely with the Finance SystemsTeam.
    What weare lookingfor

    Essential:
    • Providehigh-level technical guidance in initiating infrastructure-basedservice improvements
    • Assist in theanalysis of enhancement requests and recommend changes asrequired
    • Assist internal / externalteams to ensure delivery of technicalsolutions
    • Be aware of the impact oftechnical solutions in relation to cost and firmstrategy
    • Provide specialist adviceand guidance with skills transfer to members of the Support Deskand others as appropriate
    • Take apro-active role in identifying any issues and possible solutionsthat may arise within an assignment and communicating these to themanager and customer asrelevant
    • Utilise and champion agreeddelivery methodologies and tools, including change and releasemanagement

    Demonstrableprevious experience within the SQL DBA / Power BI area,specifically:Microsoft SQLServer
    • SQLScripting / Queries
    • SQLPatching
    • Power BI (DataVisualisation)
    Additionally:
    • WindowsServer
    • VMWarevSphere
    • You will be required todevelop a thorough understanding of internal system reliance on SQLdatabases, providing key support to our SQL / BI analyst and widerinfrastructure team in the maintenance and development of oursystems.

    • ITILv3 Foundation
    • Microsoft Certified:Azure Foundation
    • MicrosoftCertified: Power BI Data AnalystAssociate
    • Microsoft Certified: AzureEnterprise Data AnalystAssociate
