Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 6G Welder to join our dynamic team.

As a 6G Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding operations in various positions, including the challenging 6G position, which requires welding pipes in a fixed 45-degree angle.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations on various metals, mainly focusing on pipe welding in the 6G position.
Prepare materials, set up welding equipment, and ensure all safety measures are followed.
Interpret welding specifications, blueprints, and project requirements.
Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process.
Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and production targets.
Collaborate with other team members, such as fabricators, fitters, and inspectors, to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 6G Welder with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
Must be proficient in 6G welding techniques and possess a strong understanding of welding principles and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Solid knowledge of different welding methods, materials, and filler materials.
Knowledge of safety standards and adherence to safety protocols in a welding environment.
Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail to produce highquality welds.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various positions, including bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials.
Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
