    A proventrack record of 6–8 years within a Luxury Residential, Branded Residence, orHigh
    • End Hospitality environment, leading Operations and delivering exceptionalResidential Experiences aligned with luxury brand standards.
    Recent or ongoing experience in asenior leadership role within Luxury Residences or a High-Volume HospitalityBrand is strongly preferred.

    Outstanding Organizational andExecutive Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and elevatecross-functional teams to consistently exceed and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with Residents,Owners, Executive Leadership, Board Members, and key Stakeholders.

    Key ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Residences provides strategic leadership acrossall Residential Operations, ensuring the delivery of an elevated,seamless, and refined lifestyle experience.

    Oversees day-to-dayOperations across all Residential Departments, ensuring consistentadherence to luxury brand standards and exceptional Resident and executes aforward-thinking Residential Strategy aligned with the organisation'soverall business vision and growth objectives.

    Leads the preparationand management of the annual Operating and Capital Budgets, ensuringfinancial prudence, profitability, and long-term asset value enhancement.
    Partners with Residents,Owners, Executive Leadership, and the Board to identify operationalenhancements and value-creation opportunities.
    Reviews financialperformance regularly, ensuring the Residences operate in line with budgetexpectations and established performance metrics.
    Establishes, refines,and enforces Operational Policies and Procedures to uphold the higheststandards of service delivery and compliance.
    Implements departmentalstrategies and measurable action plans to continually enhance the Residentexperience.

    Acts as the primarysenior contact for Residents and Owners, actively gathering feedback todrive continuous improvement and executesannual action plans based on Resident Satisfaction data, operationalinsights, and performance analytics.

    Ensures full compliancewith company policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
    Addresses Resident andOwner queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism, discretion,and efficiency.
    Champions aResident-centric culture, fostering a calm, courteous, and service-drivenenvironment.
    Collaborates closelywith Department Heads to ensure operational alignment, serviceconsistency, and strategic execution.
    Sets clear objectivesand performance expectations for direct reports, holding leadership teamsaccountable for results.
    Oversees the fullResident Journey—from property handover through ongoing occupancy—ensuringservice excellence and adherence to management agreements.
    Models and reinforcesexceptional customer service standards across all Residential touchpoints.
