    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Administercompensation and benefit plans
    • Assist in talentacquisition and recruitment processes
    • Conductemployee onboarding and help organize training &development initiatives
    • Provide support toemployees in various HR-related topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that mayarise
    • Promote HR programs to create anefficient and conflict-free workplace
    • Assist indevelopment and implementation of human resourcepolicies
    • Undertake tasks around performancemanagement
    • Gather and analyze data with usefulHR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnoverrates
    • Organize quarterly and annual employeeperformance reviews
    • Maintain employee files andrecords in electronic and paper form
    • Enhancejob satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perksand benefits and organizing team buildingactivities
    • Ensure compliance with laborregulations

    Requirements andskills

    • Proven experience as an HRGeneralist
    • Understanding of general humanresources policies and procedures
    • Goodknowledge of employment/labor laws
    • Outstandingknowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be aplus
    • Excellent communication and peopleskills
    • Aptitude inproblem-solving
    • Desire to work as a team with aresults driven approach
    • BSc/BA in Businessadministration or relevant field
    • Additional HRtraining will be a plus
