    What You Will Do In This Role

    As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, you will:

    Interact with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support. Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.

    Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.

    Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
