    About TheOpportunity

    • Coordinating with the management ofany matter/accident at the Ministry of Interior (police) related/General Department of Traffic to drivers and attending on behalf ofthe company.
    • Process all relevant tasks relatedto customs, airport, and other bodies.
    • Assistdepartments in resolving any issues related to company vehicleregistration and renewal.
    • Arrange processingattestation of any related documents.
    • Assistingin renewing official documents of the company e.g., trade license,chamber of commerce, CR, import license, municipality license,etc.
    • Assisting in carrying out procedures foradding new activities to the entity'sCR.
    • Assisting in carrying out procedures ofissuing new branch licenses/CR for new locations and obtaining allnecessary approvals/licenses/training.
    • Assisting in carrying outthe procedures of adding/removing directors on thecompany's legal documents.
    • Issuinghealth certificates for all staff required to hold thesame.
    • Attesting documents before the ministriesand embassies whenever required.
    • Delivering anycorrespondence to the different stakeholders whether governmentalagencies or private sector.
    • Maintain and buildgood relationships with several ministries to create a positiveimage of the company and boost companyinterests.
    • Executes the amendment transactionvia the official website of the related authority and follows upwith their reviews & requirements to ensure the amendmenttransaction is accomplished.
    • Performing otherduties related to the job as assigned by the Supervisor, performingmiscellaneous job-related duties asassigned.
    • Handling the customer complaintsfiled at the Consumer Protection Authority attending before theauthority to discuss and provide the needed support to close thecomplaint amicably.
