F&B Runners | Luxury Hotel

Responsibilities:


  • Good knowledge of ingredients and drinks
  • Interact with customers and regular guests, and serve food and beverages
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations as well as the company policies and SOPs
  • Hospitality qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress from an upmarket restaurant/beach club or 4/5star Hotel
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation and personal hygiene
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service principles, including etiquette and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience:

- server: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
