    Description
    • Identify the need for extrairrigation manpower and advise Head of Irrigation ofrequirement.
    • Monitor irrigation request trendsand recommends improvements.
    • Supervise andmonitor the performance of the irrigation team across allsites.
    • Provide support and feedback to theirrigation team.
    • In coordination with siteSupervisors/PM, evaluate the Irrigation team during the Januaryperformance appraisal session.
    • Superviseirrigation schedules and modify asrequired.
    • Collaborate with Cost Control inidentifying and tackling avoidableexpenses.
    • Prepare strategic reduction plan inconsumables and materials for Turnkey or long-termprojects.
    • Whenever possible, advise bulkpurchase options for routine and regularconsumables.
    • In coordination with HR, identifychallenges within the Irrigation team skills and design a trainingplan to address those challenges.
    • Follow andimplement the Department procedures, Company'sQuality/HSEM/ISM Procedures asapplicable.
    • Interacts with other DepartmentManagers and personnel at various levelsfrequently.
    • Maintain healthy & safeenvironment at the workplace.
    • Follow the rulesand regulation according to the companypolicy.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor'sDegree in agriculture.

    Min 3 years'experience in relevant field.

    Competence withcontracts and contractual requirements.
