Description
Responsible to build new business for manpower/ outsourcing business units and bring new clients

  • Maintain existing clients' value requirements and maintain good customer relationship
  • Manage pending payments from existing client
  • Searching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Managing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Understanding the client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and followup call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets
  • Maintains relationships with internal company medical assistance departments, i.e., marketing, technical services, control center, region office, and clinical operations.
  • Represents and promotes the full portfolio of company medical assistance business verticals by interacting with established Hospitals and developing new prospects in the region.
  • Meeting individuals who are decisionmakers in the sales process.
  • Previous and current experience working with Manpower Recruitment companies.
  • Must have experience with some of the following industries
  • Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, etc.
  • Experience with UAE clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage.
  • Must have strong client relations and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years years of UAE experience in Business Development with the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
  • A valid UAE driving license is must.

Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month
