• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, or a
  related field is preferred.<\/span>

• Thorough knowledge, familiarity and interest in social media.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring
  that every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.<\/span>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE

  • Elevates FIVE's online reputation by Addressing Guest Concerns to ensure
    'FIVE -Styled' customer service.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversees and Actively Engages with FIVE's online community, Responding
    to Comments, Questions, and Reviews, elevating FIVE's Community Management to
    new heights.<\/span>

  • Crafts
    Insta -Worthy Copy that communicates the 'Vibe at FIVE.'<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Produces Sensational Content that highlights FIVE's award -winning dining
    and nightlife offerings and promotions, while maintaining FIVE's Signature Tone
    of Voice.<\/span>

  • Acts as the
    Brand Guardian, ensuring that Written Content and Comments maintain a
    Consistent Tone, Style, and Messaging, across all platforms.<\/span>

  • Manages and Follows a regular Posting Schedule, ensuring consistency and

  • Reviews
    Content with attention to detail, assuring Accuracy, Correct Grammar, and

  • Tracks and Analyses key Social Media Metrics to assess the performance
    of Campaigns and Content.<\/span>

  • Prepares and Distributes insightful and thorough Social Media
    Performance and Analysis reports.<\/span>

  • Captures Video Content during Photoshoots, Events and Activations for

  • Monitors and Manages online review platforms, responding appropriately
