What We're Looking For<\/span><\/u><\/b>

• A Bachelor's
  Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• A proven track
  record of 2 -3 years in a Marketing Role in a Luxury Hotel, Lifestyle or Travel
  environment in the UAE.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Impeccable
  communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Russian (native)
  and English.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Possesses an
  in -depth Understanding of the Russian consumer mindset and evolving Digital
  Marketing trends across the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of
  Independent States (CIS) regions.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Demonstrates
  proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns — spanning Social,
  Digital, Media, and Strategic Partnerships — that drive measurable impact.<\/span>

• Strong Project
  Management and Analytical Skills, with the ability to find creative solutions,

    conversions from the Russia and CIS region, showcasing FIVE's distinctive Luxe

  • Collaborates
    with Brand, Digital, and Performance Marketing Teams to localise Global Campaigns,
    ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging resonate authentically with
    Russian -speaking audiences.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identifies
    and manages Premium partnerships and collaborations with Travel Agencies,
    Influencers, and Brand Partners, amplifying FIVE's regional presence and
    curated appeal.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversees
    Social Media Communication and Paid Content Performance for Russian audiences
    in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team, guaranteeing maximum impact
    and 'FIVE -Styled' visibility.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Produces
    detailed Creative Briefs and coordinates the development of Campaign Assets,
    Translations, and Market -Specific Visuals that capture the unmistakable 'Vibe
    at FIVE.'<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Evaluates
    Campaign Return On Investment (ROI), analyses audience insights, and implements
    strategic optimisations to Enhance Engagement and Performance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Supports
    the creation and execution of Seasonal Campaigns, Product Launches, and
    Destination Events across FIVE and The Pacha Group, ensuring Bold storytelling
    and Seamless execution.<\/span>

    all marketing content and messaging align with FIVE's premium positioning,
