Description

Responsibilities for Quality Assurance

Assuring employees follow SOP as per company policy

Recommend Corrective and preventive action

Issue observations letter if any discrepancy noted in work flow

Issue appropriate penalties if necessary

Assuring operations executed as per schedule

Assuring necessary staff attendance in respective departments

Create quality measurements to track improvement in services

Execute quality improvement testing and activities

Develop quality assurance standards and company processes

Adhere to industry quality and safety standards

Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand

Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing

Work closely with the development team to improve existing products

Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Qualifications for Quality Assurance

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Working knowledge of services

In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies

Good customer focus

Sharp attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Meticulous and diligent attributes

Great team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision

Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
