Job Purpose
Public Relation Officers are government certified professionals responsible for establishing a channel of communication between businesses and the government. PROs specialize in keeping a firm grip on a company's legal, administrative, human resource and financial aspects.


Key Result Areas

  • Coordination to ensure timely submission of liquidation reports to finance (E-Dirham, Naqodi) department without and duplication.
  • Ensure issue all MOL, Pre
  • Approvals & visa done whether new or renewal on time, within agreed time frame to avoid fine or supplementary charges.
  • Renew, update and keep up all workers and their dependents' visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization's records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires.
  • Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
  • Acquire all kind of visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels.
  • Company trade licenses, Trade names and chamber of commerce will be renewed before a month of expiry, zero fine.
  • Ensure to collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
  • Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.
  • Making sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, followup official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
  • Represent the company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Labor Office, Immigration, Economic Department, Ministries/Municipalities and Dubai Courts and other significant Departments.
  • Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of licenses to take place when completed.
  • Accompany the employee as they enter and exit the country.
  • Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin
  • Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.
  • Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
  • Administer company and joint venture companies' licenses and tax remittances with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.

  • When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments.
  • Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
  • Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
  • Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels
  • Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits etc.
  • Registration and renewals for Civil Defense

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic. Excellent typing skills in both English & Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience on how to use TASHEEL, Immigration, Emirates ID & Medical Salam System
  • Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly on Immigration rules and regulation
  • Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and skills in UAW Labor Law & General Law.
  • Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
  • Must have experience and knowhow in the portal system usage (EDNRD and EFORM)

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
