Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable datadriven decisionmaking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
Expertise with ETL.
