Position:
Sales Manager - Business Setup & Consulting


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work effectively to achieve individual and department, targets, goals, objectives and strive consistently to create outstanding customer engagement.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the unique needs of clients and delivering personal and tailored support to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Problemsolving and decisions taking in a timely manner in order to resolve and exceed customers' expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, products, and services in order to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and swift resolution of client requests.
  • Ensure all queries are actioned in accordance with departmental targets and agreed service levels.
  • Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service so that the company can provide excellence to all customers.
  • Training new team members on products & Services.
  • Sell Company products and help achieve individual and Team sales targets.
  • Update the CRM (Zoho) and accurately manage each allocated inquiry.
  • Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting, in line with Company requirements
  • Work on sales promotions.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Has extensive UAE company incorporation/business setup expertise.
  • Wellexperienced and has a solid understanding of onshore and offshore company formation.
  • Has outstanding networking and business development skills.
  • Must be a passionate gogetter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM tools (Preferably Zoho CRM)
  • Outstanding Sales & presentation skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in company setup in the United Arab Emirates

Salary & Compensation:
Competitive as per Industry Standard.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
