    Qualifications AndExperience

    • Under general supervision, promotesexcellent Customer relations at theworksite.
    • Plans and performs necessarycalculations for the total job.
    • Coordinates anddirects the activities of subordinate during the equipment fulloperation on location and the preparation of equipment forperforming a job. Provides planning necessary for the job includinginstructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approvedlevels.
    • Ensures customer satisfaction with jobsperformed. As needed. Coordinates the preparation of equipment forthe next job.
    • Provides input on individualperformance levels of his/her subordinates. Must possessexceptional skills within the serviceline.
    • Given the nature of oil field servicework, the ability to communicate effectively with others isnecessary.
    • Promotes safety awareness andenvironmental consciousness. Ensures compliance with Health,Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices andguidelines.
    • Licensure to drive commercialvehicles may be required.
    • Must possess theability understand to Well Bore schematic, analyze computerprograms and operational procedures. Basic computer skills arepreferred. Must possess good leadership and negotiatingskills.
