    In this Regional Customer Director – Aerospace & Aviation Officer position

    Sector Strategy & Business Development
    • Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global direction.
    • Identify growth opportunities across OEMs, MROs, airlines, and suppliers.
    • Lead go-to-market initiatives and market penetration planning.
    Customer Relationship Leadership
    • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customers.
    • Lead QBRs and strategic planning engagements.
    Revenue & Profit Growth
    • Own delivery of revenue, GM, and EBIT targets.
    • Lead tender responses and commercial governance.
    Operational Excellence & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and export controls.
    • Support issue resolution and promote digitalization.
    Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Represent MEA in global sector forums.
    • Drive capability-building across the region.
    Key Performance Indicators
    • Revenue & margin growth
    • Customer retention and expansion
    • Win rate on tenders
    • Customer satisfaction metrics
    • Commercial governance compliance
    What we need from you
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Deep knowledge of aerospace and aviation supply chains.
    • Experience 8–12 years in commercial, supply chain, logistics, or aviation roles.
    • Proven success managing strategic customers.
