    Description
    • On the basis of brandresearch and data, you will be responsible to devise brand plansand inspire the effective execution across all operating marketswith the aim to meet the set out brand objectives (for e.g.increase top of mind, strengthen brandpreference)
    • By working withinternal and external creative agencies, you will be responsiblefor developing powerful creative concepts that bring to life a wellcrafted story for the sub brand talabat mart as well as the generalQcommerce vertical with the aim to fundamentally strengthen themaster brand but also differentiate by building out uniqueattributes to be able to attract new audiences that the masterbrand is unable to tap into due to existingperceptions.
    • As the regionalbrand manager for the Qcommerce vertical, you will also workclosely with the product and customer experience team to furtherenhance brand consideration andpreference.
    • You will beresponsible to develop and overlook the activation of brandbuilding content strategies and playbooks that the local marketscan tap into as a way to activate the talabat mart brandeffectively.
    • You will workclosely with your regional counterparts in the Marketing Planningteam and Qcommerce team
    • Youwill engage in local market visits with a focus on fosteringsuccessful relationship with the local marketing teams offeringsupport and guiding them in their localisation efforts when itcomes to activate the brandplans
    • You will be the brandand content custodian ensuring alignment with the overarching brandguidelines is met by conducting frequentaudits
    • You will monitor,analyze and report brand performance specific to the talabat martbrand as well as the overall Qcommercevertical.

    What you need to besuccessful

    What Did WeOrder?

    • Youhave 10+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in a fastpaced regional environment within an FMCG brand or alternativelygained FMCG brand experience from an roles withinagencies
    • You showcasecreativity and can solve brand and consumer relatedproblems
    • It would bepreferable if you have worked with creative agencies and havecreated memorable and effective ads andcampaigns
    • You understandthat relevant content to the right person at the right time can bea game changer
    • You deliverhigh quality execution and ensure that your work meets the globalbenchmarks
    • You understandconsumer/brand research and can derive actions from it. Conductingand analyzing own research is aplus
    • A collaborative teamplayer
    • You are a persuasiveand confident communicator - both written andverbal.
    • You are fluent inEnglish. Arabic is anadvantage.
